Clients sometimes ask what software I use, usually meaning: "will you fit how we already work?" The answer is yes — and this is the toolkit I bring with me.
The everyday backbone
Google Workspace runs most of my work: Gmail and Calendar for inbox and scheduling support, Drive and Docs for file systems, Sheets for data and reports. Microsoft Office is the other pillar — Excel for heavier data work, Word and PowerPoint for documents and decks, and Power BI when a report deserves a real dashboard.
Websites and stores
WordPress for content updates and blog posting, Shopify and WooCommerce for product listings and store support, and Wix when a client built there. My IT background helps here: I am comfortable under the hood, not just in the page builder.
Design and content
Canva is my daily design tool — social posts, presentations, one-pagers. For heavier work I still use Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro from my layout-artist years, and Figma when a client designs there.
Teaching tools that double for business
Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, Minecraft Education, Scratch and OBS Studio are my classroom stack — and the same fluency makes me fast at picking up a client's CRM, booking system or project board.
The real skill
Tools change every year; a new client always has one app I have never opened. What transfers is the pattern underneath — data, files, calendars and content all behave the same way. I learn the tool in a day and bring the system from day one. You can see the full list on my Tools page.
